Role & Responsibilities
- Support the product management lifecycle for jewellery collections: specification gathering, sample follow-up, technical dossiers and SKU tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between design, production ateliers, merchandising, retail and external suppliers to ensure timely product launches.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product data in the PIM and ERP systems (specifications, imagery, pricing and availability).
- Contribute to marketing coordination: prepare briefs and materials for digital and retail campaigns, assist with photoshoots and creative production follow-up.
- Prepare presentation materials and commercial tools (PowerPoint decks, sell-in sheets, price lists) for internal stakeholders and retail teams.
- Monitor product performance and sales indicators; produce regular reports and support ad hoc analyses for the category manager.
- Support event and launch logistics, including coordination of samples, retail merchandising kits and trade-show materials.
- Liaise with external ateliers and suppliers on sample delivery, quality checks and technical adjustments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Jewellery Design or equivalent.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation standards for internal and client-facing materials.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across creative and operational teams; proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in French and a good command of English (professional working proficiency) — both spoken and written.
- Prior internship experience in luxury retail, product development or marketing is strongly preferred.

Internship-level role. Candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme; 0–2 years of prior internship or project experience in luxury, jewellery, retail or marketing is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, Business, Jewellery Design or related discipline.
