Procurement Project Manager
Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Procurement Project Manager in Paris (CDD) to lead sourcing projects and supplier partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement projects for product lines, from requirements definition through supplier selection, contracting and industrialisation.
- Develop and manage RFPs, evaluate supplier proposals, and coordinate supplier qualification and approval processes.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers in collaboration with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams — product development, quality, industrialisation, supply chain and finance — to ensure timely delivery against project milestones.
- Track project budgets, KPIs and risk registers; report progress and escalate issues to senior procurement stakeholders.
- Implement supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and quality standards.
- Facilitate transfer of technical specifications and production requirements to suppliers; support sample reviews and pre-production validation.
Qualifications
- Degree in supply chain, procurement, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in procurement or sourcing project management, preferably within luxury goods, fashion or high-precision manufacturing.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating supplier contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex timelines.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to risk and quality control.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, with hands-on responsibility for managing multi-stakeholder projects; experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion or precision manufacturing is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, engineering, business administration or a related discipline.
