Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement and supply teams in daily operational tasks, including creation and follow-up of purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, ateliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of materials and components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation and replenishment planning.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, supplier files and compliance records.
  • Compile and analyse procurement data to produce regular reports and KPI dashboards for the team.
  • Assist in supplier onboarding, quality control follow-up and resolution of delivery or quality non‑conformities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the standardisation of purchasing workflows.
  • Provide administrative support to projects and ad hoc sourcing activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in supply chain, procurement, logistics, business administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional written and verbal correspondence with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare clear reports and interpret basic procurement KPIs.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work within established purchasing procedures.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude and capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced luxury retail/manufacturing environment.

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; previous internship or practical coursework in procurement, sourcing or supply chain is advantageous. Demonstrable exposure to purchasing processes or inventory systems will be considered a plus.

Education

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
