Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Canton Road boutique to ensure flawless client experience and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage inventory life cycle: stock receipt, reconciliation, transfers, inventory counts and shrinkage control in coordination with regional supply chain teams.
  • Lead, coach and schedule boutique staff; conduct performance reviews, training and development to maintain high service standards and retention.
  • Implement and enforce loss-prevention, security and compliance protocols, liaising with security, finance and regional teams on incidents and controls.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation with VM and retail teams to execute seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Control operating budgets, oversee cash handling and POS reconciliation, and produce regular operational reports for regional management.
  • Serve as primary operational liaison between the boutique, regional headquarters and external vendors; support client events and private appointments.

Qualifications

  • Proven managerial experience in luxury retail or high-value goods, ideally within jewellery, watches or haute couture retail.
  • Demonstrable competence in inventory management, loss prevention and retail operations procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching teams to deliver elevated client service and sales performance.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Professional communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin advantageous (inferred as relevant for Hong Kong luxury retail).

Experience
