Van Cleef & Arpels — Paris: Internship for a Marketing Operations Assistant (Europe). Support campaign rollout, boutique coordination and regional reporting.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and rollout of European marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate localization and adaptation of marketing materials for local markets and boutiques, liaising with in-market teams and external suppliers.
  • Assist in production planning for POS materials, visual merchandising assets and digital content; follow up on print and supplier timelines.
  • Manage asset libraries and campaign trackers; prepare briefs, schedules and status reports for marketing and retail stakeholders.
  • Contribute to event logistics and boutique activations across Europe, including supplier coordination, RSVP management and onsite support.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile regular KPI reports and post-campaign analyses for the regional marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, fashion or high jewellery and an understanding of brand positioning and client experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional proficiency in English and working proficiency in French preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, boutiques and external suppliers.
  • Availability for the full internship period as required by the company (typically 4–6 months) and legal eligibility to intern in France.

Experience

Previous internships or project experience in marketing, retail or luxury brands (3–12 months cumulative) is preferred; demonstrable project work or agency exposure is advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
