Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and in-store activations aligned with global brand directives and regional commercial objectives.
- Coordinate boutique events, VIP client experiences and product launches—managing logistics, guest lists, suppliers and on-site delivery of brand standards.
- Liaise with regional and global marketing teams, external agencies and creative partners to adapt creative assets for the UAE market.
- Support CRM activities and client communications by preparing briefings, segmenting client lists and measuring campaign performance.
- Monitor marketing budgets, prepare cost estimates and track spend against allocated contract funds.
- Compile market intelligence and retail performance reports to inform merchandising and promotional decisions.
- Ensure consistency of visual merchandising, POS materials and brand presentation across local boutiques.
- Prepare post-campaign analyses, KPIs and recommendations to optimize future activations.
Qualifications
- UAE national (requirement for this position).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to manage luxury-brand activations, events and agency relationships with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills tailored to high-net-worth clientele and retail teams.
- Availability for a 12-month contract and flexibility for occasional work outside standard retail hours (events/weekends).
Experience
2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within luxury retail, jewellery or premium consumer goods. Demonstrable experience in event management, in-store activations, campaign coordination and working with creative agencies in a retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
