Marketing Assistant Intern
Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Marketing Assistant Intern (Jul–Jan) to support brand marketing, events and boutique activations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of regional marketing and boutique activation plans, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics for events, product launches and client‑facing activations in Singapore, including venue liaison, invitations and on‑site support.
- Produce and adapt visual and written content for local channels in collaboration with the communications team and boutiques.
- Assist with social media scheduling, basic community monitoring and performance tracking for local campaigns.
- Manage marketing assets and sample inventories, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution to boutiques and partners.
- Monitor and compile campaign metrics and retail feedback into weekly reports for the marketing manager.
- Liaise with external agencies, photographers and vendors to support creative production and PR activities.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including expense tracking, calendar coordination and vendor invoicing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Available for the full internship period (July to January) and able to work on site in Singapore.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; professionalism in client and partner interactions.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury, jewellery or fashion, with a commitment to brand integrity and aesthetic standards.
Skills
Experience
Suitable candidates typically have limited professional experience (0–12 months), with internships or part‑time roles in marketing, retail or luxury preferred; demonstrable project work or university marketing experience is an advantage.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Business or a related field.
