Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns for international markets, including email, SMS and clienteling workflows.
- Prepare client segmentation, lists and targeted audiences using the CRM database; ensure data quality and hygiene.
- Produce campaign performance reports and KPI dashboards to measure engagement, deliverability and conversion.
- Coordinate with regional marketing and boutique teams to adapt campaigns to local calendars, product launches and VIP events.
- Assist with CRM-driven clienteling activities, gift and invitation lists, and event follow-up for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Contribute to process documentation, CRM best practices and adherence to data protection (GDPR) requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort handling large datasets.
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills; ability to liaise with international teams.
- Prior internship or coursework in CRM, direct marketing, e‑mail marketing or retail marketing is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Internship level role; candidates will be current students or recent graduates. Prior practical experience through internships in CRM, marketing or retail is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, or a closely related discipline.
