Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns for international markets, including email, SMS and clienteling workflows.
  • Prepare client segmentation, lists and targeted audiences using the CRM database; ensure data quality and hygiene.
  • Produce campaign performance reports and KPI dashboards to measure engagement, deliverability and conversion.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing and boutique teams to adapt campaigns to local calendars, product launches and VIP events.
  • Assist with CRM-driven clienteling activities, gift and invitation lists, and event follow-up for high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Contribute to process documentation, CRM best practices and adherence to data protection (GDPR) requirements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort handling large datasets.
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills; ability to liaise with international teams.
  • Prior internship or coursework in CRM, direct marketing, e‑mail marketing or retail marketing is advantageous.

Experience
