Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for boutiques, ateliers and corporate teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards and talent needs.
- Provide day-to-day employee relations support, acting as a trusted advisor to managers on case management, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with French labour law and collective agreements, preparing documentation for statutory processes and social inspections.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration and liaison with external payroll providers to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
- Design and deliver training, induction and development initiatives tailored to sales teams and technical artisans to reinforce service and craft excellence.
- Support performance management cycles, probation reviews and talent assessment processes in collaboration with line management.
- Maintain and update HR records and reporting metrics; produce regular HR dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to HR policy drafting and local implementation of group HR initiatives, including employee engagement and internal mobility programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Solid working knowledge of French labour law and social dialogue procedures.
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence managers and work across retail and atelier environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

Experience
Approximately 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within luxury retail, jewellery, or other consumer-facing premium goods companies, covering recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; professional HR certification is an asset.
