Role & Responsibilities
- Support the talent acquisition team in end‑to‑end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking records and recruitment dashboards with accurate candidate data.
- Coordinate interview schedules, liaise with hiring managers and manage candidate communications to ensure a premium candidate experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding: preparing documentation, tracking start dates and facilitating induction logistics.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events; prepare briefing materials and post‑event follow‑up.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment KPIs and participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for candidate confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational ability with a keen eye for detail and capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in French; good command of English is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset with an interest in luxury retail, talent acquisition and employer branding.

Experience
Open to current students or recent graduates. Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment or retail/guest relations is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
