Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique sales advisors in delivering discreet, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and VIP clients.
- Manage appointment scheduling, prepare client files and maintain CRM records with meticulous attention to confidentiality.
- Assist with merchandising and visual presentation of high jewelry pieces to uphold maison standards.
- Take part in inventory control, stock reconciliation and secure handling procedures for high‑value merchandise.
- Provide administrative support including sales reporting, gift wrap preparation and sales documentation.
- Contribute to in‑store events and private viewings, coordinating logistics and client communications.
- Rapidly acquire product knowledge across collections and articulate key design, gemological and technical features to the sales team.
- Collaborate with boutique operations to ensure a seamless client journey and uphold brand presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Luxury Management, Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in high jewelry, gemstones and luxury retail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour and strong client‑service orientation.
- High degree of discretion, reliability and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and high‑value items.
- Organisational rigor, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, for the duration of the internship.
Skills
Experience
Relevant client‑facing or retail experience is advantageous but not required; previous internships, part‑time roles in luxury retail, hospitality or customer service will be considered positively.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Luxury Management, Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related field.
