Role & Responsibilities
- Support the High Jewelry business development team with market and competitor analysis, trend monitoring and opportunity mapping.
- Maintain and enrich CRM client records and boutique follow‑up dossiers; ensure data quality and timely updates.
- Prepare commercial reporting and KPI dashboards (weekly/monthly sales, pipeline tracking) to inform strategic decisions.
- Draft client communications, proposal materials and tailored presentations for internal and boutique stakeholders.
- Coordinate with boutiques and ateliers to manage sample flows, client appointments and event logistics.
- Contribute to pricing, assortment and inventory exercises by collecting field intelligence and sales feedback.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of client events and private viewings, including on‑site support when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
- Strong analytical capability with an aptitude for commercial reporting and numerical interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities in a fastidious, client‑facing environment.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality; professional demeanour appropriate to high‑jewelry clientele.
Skills
Experience
Internship level. Previous internships, academic projects or part‑time roles in luxury retail, jewelry, retail analytics or business development are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent).
