High Jewellery Specialist
Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a High Jewellery Specialist in Seoul to deliver bespoke client service and drive high-jewellery sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a discreet, highly personalized sales experience for high-jewellery clients, from initial contact through after-sales service.
- Proactively develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through clienteling, appointments, and private viewings.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery collections and bespoke services; present pieces with technical and historical context.
- Manage boutique merchandising, inventory control and secure handling of high-value items in accordance with maison standards and security protocols.
- Coordinate bespoke requests and bespoke order follow-ups with in-house ateliers and central teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance and seasonal strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and support marketing initiatives and client events.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical selling practices and luxury retail regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury jewellery or high-value luxury goods sales, ideally with exposure to high-jewellery or bespoke services.
- Proven track record of cultivating and closing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal presentation skills, discretion and professional poise appropriate to private client service.
- Strong product knowledge of gemstones, precious metals and jewellery craftsmanship, or demonstrable ability to acquire it quickly.
- Experience with inventory control and secure handling procedures for high-value merchandise.
- Formal retail or luxury training preferred; bachelor’s degree in business, luxury management, or related field advantageous.

Experience
At least 3 years of direct experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within high jewellery or an equivalent high-value segment; demonstrated success building and retaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, luxury brand management or related discipline preferred.
