Event Assistant Intern

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the events team in planning and executing client-facing and brand events across Singapore and the region.
- Coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including venue setup, AV, catering and transportation.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs and on-site registration; assist with VIP liaison and client hospitality.
- Prepare event materials: name badges, bespoke collateral, briefing packs and floor plans.
- Assist with inventory control, event equipment checks and post-event returns/reconciliation.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting preparation and expense tracking.
- Contribute to post-event reporting and debriefs; compile attendee data and basic metrics.
- Support social media and marketing teams with visual documentation and content capture when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; polished client-facing manner and professional presentation.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Flexible availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for event coverage.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and to liaise confidently with external suppliers.
Skills
Experience
Intern-level role; candidates with previous internship or part-time experience in events, hospitality, luxury retail or client services will be preferred but not required.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed tertiary education in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
