Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the roadmap for digital marketing tools and platforms serving global marketing teams.
  • Translate marketing requirements into functional specifications, user stories and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, CRM, e‑commerce, IT and external vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Supervise development cycles, sprint planning and acceptance testing; ensure high quality delivery and user adoption.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance for third‑party tools and integrations.
  • Implement change management, create training materials and deliver end‑user training to marketing teams.
  • Monitor platform performance, usage metrics and ROI; propose optimizations to improve efficiency and data flows.
  • Ensure projects comply with data protection, brand guidelines and luxury retail operational constraints.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to write clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Experience coordinating agencies and third‑party vendors, including contract and deliverable oversight.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital project governance, testing and rollout planning for marketing tools.
  • Comfort with quantitative monitoring of platform performance and translating analytics into business decisions.

Experience
