Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Project Manager in planning, scheduling and tracking digital initiatives (e‑commerce, site features, digital campaigns, CRM activations).
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, merchandising, creative, IT, legal) and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: briefs, timelines, QA checklists, release notes and post‑launch reports.
  • Assist with content preparation and localisation for web and mobile channels, ensuring brand, visual and technical specifications are met.
  • Perform functional and visual QA/UAT across devices and browsers and log issues for resolution.
  • Help monitor basic performance metrics and contribute to campaign and site performance reporting.
  • Maintain content calendars and support the execution of digital launches and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Digital Marketing, Communication, E‑commerce, Web Project Management, IT or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship format).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and rigor in QA and documentation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams.
  • A proactive, curious attitude and a willingness to learn within a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Content management systems (CMS) — e.g. Magento, WordPress Google Analytics / GA4 Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Basic HTML/CSS Project management tools (Jira, Trello) Slack or equivalent collaboration platforms

Experience

Prior internship or project experience in digital project coordination, e‑commerce or a digital agency environment is preferred; demonstrable involvement in web or campaign delivery during academic placements will be considered an asset.

Education

Enrollment in a recognised tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in digital marketing, communication, e‑commerce, web project management, IT or equivalent; open to alternance/apprenticeship candidates.
