Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and boutique profitability through daily operational oversight and active selling.
  • Coach, mentor and schedule boutique staff to ensure consistent delivery of exemplary client service and brand standards.
  • Deliver personalised clienteling: cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, manage appointments and follow-up to build long‑term loyalty.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards and in‑store displays aligned with global brand directives.
  • Oversee stockroom operations, inventory controls, receiving, stock replenishment and periodic stock reconciliations.
  • Operate POS and CRM systems; process transactions, returns and ensure accurate sales reporting and handover documentation.
  • Enforce security, loss‑prevention and compliance procedures, and liaise with regional teams on investigations or audits when required.
  • Coordinate boutique events, private viewings and after‑sales interactions with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or high‑end jewellery, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams and deliver consistent customer service excellence.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in inventory, cash handling and store presentation.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity within luxury goods, jewellery or premium fashion environments.

Education

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, retail management or a related field preferred.
