Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service project lead in planning, executing and monitoring initiatives designed to enhance client experience across boutiques, after‑sales and service channels.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (boutiques, after‑sales workshop, logistics, CRM, legal) to ensure timely completion of project milestones and follow‑up on action items.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: timelines, issue logs, meeting minutes, decisions and escalation records.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse service KPIs and client feedback; produce regular reports and slide decks for management review.
- Assist with client escalation handling by compiling case histories, preparing briefs for senior advisors and tracking resolution progress.
- Contribute to process optimisation projects and implementation of service standards and best practices.
- Participate in meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication of next steps and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Management, Luxury Brand Management, Communications or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and attention to detail.
- High degree of discretion, client etiquette and respect for confidential information.
- Analytical mindset with aptitude for consolidating data and producing executive‑quality reports.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in customer service, luxury retail, after‑sales operations or client relations is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrated interest in luxury services and project work is required.
Education
Enrolled in a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Management, Luxury Brand Management, Communications or equivalent.
