Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Experience Project Manager (Chef de Projet) in planning and executing CX initiatives across retail and digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to customer journey mapping, service-design workshops and the translation of insights into actionable requirements.
- Collect, synthesize and present qualitative and quantitative customer feedback and performance metrics to inform project decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — boutiques, CRM, marketing, operations and digital teams — to ensure consistent implementation.
- Prepare executive-grade presentations, status reports and project documentation; maintain project timelines and action logs.
- Assist in the organisation and operational delivery of client events, VIP services and in-store activations.
- Support CRM data hygiene, segmentation work and basic dashboarding to monitor campaign and service performance.
- Undertake market and competitor benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities for experience enhancement.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in business, marketing, luxury management, communication or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical rigour with the ability to translate data and client insight into concise recommendations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanour suitable for interaction with high-net-worth clients and senior internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in luxury, jewellery and client experience design.
Skills
Experience
No extensive prior experience required; previous internships or project work in retail, CRM, marketing or client services within luxury or premium sectors is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree (Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Communication or equivalent).
