Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end execution of CRM campaigns for France and Monaco, including email, SMS and client communications.
  • Build and maintain targeted audiences and segmentation rules in the CRM database; ensure data quality and suppression management.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, creative assets and deployment calendars in coordination with creative, digital and boutique teams.
  • Monitor live campaigns and perform QA checks on content, links, and personalization tokens prior to send.
  • Produce regular performance reports and post‑campaign analysis (open, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution) to inform optimisation.
  • Run A/B tests, track outcomes and document learnings to improve subject lines, send times and content relevance.
  • Manage boutique requests and localisations for Monaco and French boutiques; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations.
  • Contribute to CRM projects and process improvements, including hygiene tasks, client lifecycle mapping and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Fluent French (professional level) and good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and high standards for data quality.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and work cross‑functionally.
  • Genuine interest in luxury retail, client experience and high jewellery.

Experience

Internship level — no prior professional experience required; previous internships in CRM, digital marketing or retail CRM are an advantage.
