Content Project Assistant (Intern)

Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Content Project Manager in planning and executing editorial and digital content across channels (website, social, email, print).
- Help maintain and update the editorial calendar and content workflows, ensuring deadlines and approvals are tracked.
- Draft, edit and proofread copy in French and English for product descriptions, campaign pages, newsletters and press materials.
- Coordinate with in-house creative teams, photographers, external agencies and regional teams to gather assets and ensure specifications are met.
- Prepare creative briefs, shot lists and asset trackers; manage version control and asset tagging in the content library.
- Assist with content publication: upload assets and copy into the CMS, check formatting, and perform quality control pre- and post-publish.
- Support basic performance reporting and post-campaign reviews (traffic, engagement, content KPIs) and compile insights.
- Perform localization checks and coordinate simple translations or adaptations for regional markets.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Luxury Management or related field.
- Excellent written and editorial skills in French; strong professional proficiency in English.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury goods, jewelry or fashion, with an eye for visual detail and high editorial standards.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines and meticulous attention to version control.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and liaising with external partners and agencies.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential materials with care.

Experience
Previous internship experience in communications, editorial, content production or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory; 0–1 year of relevant experience acceptable for an internship-level role.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Luxury Management or equivalent).
