Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to the maison’s clientele via phone, email and digital channels, preserving the brand’s standards of discretion and refinement.
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications, including appointment booking, follow-ups, order enquiries and after‑sales support.
- Maintain and enrich client records within the CRM to ensure accurate profiles, purchase histories and bespoke service notes.
- Coordinate closely with boutiques, atelier and sales teams to organise viewings, private appointments and bespoke requests.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for relationship development, escalating leads to the sales network and CRM campaigns as appropriate.
- Resolve client complaints and complex service issues with tact, ensuring timely follow‑through and maintenance of client satisfaction metrics.
- Produce concise client reports and contribute to service improvement initiatives and training for front-line teams.
Qualifications
- Polished interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage and retain high-net-worth clients.
- Proven competence in client relationship management and telephone-based sales or service roles.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Professional demeanour, cultural sensitivity and the capacity to represent a luxury maison with discretion.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of client service, CRM or sales experience within luxury retail, jewellery or a high‑end hospitality environment; demonstrable track record of servicing affluent clientele and managing complex enquiries.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
