Client Development Manager
Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Client Development Manager in Bangkok to grow and steward VIP client relationships for the haute joaillerie maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive client development strategy to grow revenue from VIP and priority clients in the Bangkok market.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalised outreach, clienteling and tailored service programmes.
- Identify and convert new prospects through targeted prospecting, referrals and collaboration with boutique sales teams and regional marketing.
- Plan and coordinate private events, trunk shows and bespoke appointments in close liaison with boutique, marketing and product teams.
- Maintain and enrich CRM records, producing client profiles, visit notes and actionable segmentation to inform sales activity.
- Set and monitor individual and segment KPIs (sales, retention, average transaction value, reactivation rates) and report performance to regional leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery for bespoke commissions, after-sales follow-up and concierge-style client requests.
- Train and coach boutique teams on clienteling best practices, VIP protocol and referral generation to ensure a consistent luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in luxury retail, private client management or high-net-worth relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with discretion, diplomacy and cultural sensitivity appropriate to a haute joaillerie clientele.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or private client roles with documented success in developing and retaining high-value clients. Prior experience in Bangkok or the Southeast Asian luxury market is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
