- Monitor stock levels, participate in stock counts and ensure secure handling and storage of high‑value merchandise.
- Uphold compliance with operational policies, loss‑prevention procedures and luxury retail service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of luxury retail or high‑jewellery sales; demonstrable experience with high‑value transactions preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with tact, discretion and the ability to engage sophisticated clientele.
- Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with a haute‑joaillerie environment.
- Strong numeracy and administrative accuracy for handling transactions and client records.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline experience in luxury retail or high‑jewellery sales; demonstrated success growing and retaining a premium client base is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in luxury retail, sales or gemmology is advantageous.
