Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, highly personalised service to a high‑net‑worth clientele, building long‑term relationships and maintaining client files.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, in‑store appointments and follow‑up.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across high jewellery, timepieces and high‑end accessories; present product craftsmanship and provenance accurately.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, after‑sales requests and concierge services with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal directives.
  • Participate in stock management, inventory reconciliation and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate with boutique and regional teams on client events, private viewings and VIP appointments.
  • Adhere to all compliance, security and confidentiality protocols when handling high‑value items.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutiques.
  • Demonstrable track record of clienteling and achieving sales targets in a high‑end environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and cultural sensitivity when working with discerning clients.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation aligned with a luxury maison.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity and ability to handle confidential client information.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutique sales, with a proven ability to develop and retain high‑value clients. Prior experience within Seoul's luxury retail market or at a department store environment is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in hospitality, retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
