Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Omnichannel Project Manager (CDP) in planning and executing cross‑channel initiatives covering e‑commerce, in‑store digital tools and CRM touchpoints.
  • Coordinate project timelines, task follow‑ups and vendor deliveries; maintain project trackers and central documentation.
  • Assist with UAT, QA checks and deployment validation for site updates, omnichannel features and digital tools.
  • Compile, analyse and visualise campaign and operational KPIs to inform stakeholders and optimise workflows.
  • Liaise with marketing, retail, IT and external agencies to ensure alignment of requirements and timing.
  • Prepare clear briefings, presentation decks and status reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support content uploads and simple CMS operations, and help troubleshoot front‑line issues with boutique teams.
  • Contribute to ad hoc market and competitor research to support omnichannel roadmaps and local activations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and reporting.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity for luxury retail and a commitment to high standards of discretion and quality.

Skills

Project coordination and task‑tracking Google Analytics Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting) and PowerPoint Content Management Systems (CMS) — basic operation and uploads CRM exposure (e.g., Salesforce) and omnichannel campaign support User acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance Basic familiarity with digital ticketing/project tools (Jira/Confluence) Data visualisation and KPI reporting

Experience

Internship-level role; candidates should be current students with prior internships or project work in digital, e‑commerce or omnichannel environments considered an asset (0–12 months preferred).

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business, Communications or a closely related discipline.
