Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Miami to drive luxury client relationships and sales for its haute-joaillerie collections.

Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalised service, proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales objectives through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Conduct private appointments, trunk shows and VIP events to showcase collections and convert high-value opportunities.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge of haute joaillerie, timepieces and related services; translate technical details into engaging client narratives.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique upkeep to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Accurately record client interactions, preferences and transactional data in the CRM; produce timely reports for boutique management.
- Monitor local market activity and competitor movements; communicate customer feedback and intelligence to the store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales or high-end client-facing roles.
- Impeccable presentation, polished interpersonal manner and absolute discretion with clientele.
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills tailored to a high-net-worth audience.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client schedules and boutique needs.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of direct experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to jewellery, watches or haute couture; proven success in driving high-value sales and managing VIP clientele.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, luxury management or a related field preferred.
