Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and deepen long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalised service, proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales objectives through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Conduct private appointments, trunk shows and VIP events to showcase collections and convert high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge of haute joaillerie, timepieces and related services; translate technical details into engaging client narratives.
  • Execute visual merchandising and boutique upkeep to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
  • Accurately record client interactions, preferences and transactional data in the CRM; produce timely reports for boutique management.
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor movements; communicate customer feedback and intelligence to the store leadership.

  • Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales or high-end client-facing roles.
  • Impeccable presentation, polished interpersonal manner and absolute discretion with clientele.
  • Superior interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills tailored to a high-net-worth audience.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client schedules and boutique needs.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
