Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Las Vegas to represent the maison, cultivate VIP clients and drive boutique sales.

Overview

Van Cleef & Arpels is an independent high-jewellery and watch maison renowned for artisanal craftsmanship, poetic design, and an understated luxury aesthetic. As part of the Richemont group, the maison combines atelier savoir-faire with an international retail footprint and cultivates client relationships through exclusivity and storytelling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the public face of the maison in the Las Vegas boutique, delivering exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients.
  • Drive sales performance by converting appointments, walk-ins and events into sustained client relationships and measurable revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a curated client book through proactive outreach, CRM maintenance and bespoke follow-up.
  • Host private viewings, trunk shows and VIP events; liaise with marketing and wholesale teams to execute brand initiatives locally.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery, watches and precious objects and advise clients on styling, provenance and technical details.
  • Uphold brand standards for boutique presentation and visual merchandising, ensuring displays reflect seasonal campaigns and maison heritage.
  • Collaborate with store management to meet KPIs, participate in inventory control and support after-sales service and repairs coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within high jewellery, watches or haute couture.
  • Established experience working with HNW/UHNWI clientele and demonstrated clienteling success.
  • Exceptional verbal presentation and interpersonal skills; polished professional demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

Typically requires several years (commonly 3+ years) of frontline luxury retail or boutique sales experience, with a demonstrable record of building and retaining high-value clients and achieving sales targets. Prior experience specifically in fine jewellery or watchmaking is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in luxury retail, hospitality, marketing or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
