Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Brand Ambassador in Grand Prairie (Dallas area) to represent the maison, build client relationships and drive luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the public face of the maison in the Dallas market, embodying Van Cleef & Arpels’ heritage, aesthetic and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with UHNW and HNW clients through proactive clienteling, bespoke appointments and follow‑up communications.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities, converting leads and achieving individual and team targets.
  • Host and coordinate private viewings, trunk shows and client events in collaboration with local boutiques and corporate teams.
  • Provide authoritative product and provenance knowledge across high jewellery and watches; advise clients on styling and bespoke services.
  • Ensure impeccable visual presentation of product during appointments and events, upholding brand display protocols.
  • Capture and report market intelligence and client feedback to inform merchandising, marketing and CRM strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and manage appointment scheduling, inventory requests and post‑sale service coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in luxury retail, high jewellery, watches or high‑end hospitality with demonstrable client development success.
  • Proven sales track record with consistent achievement of revenue or conversion targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to cultivate and retain affluent clientele; tact, discretion and cultural sensitivity essential.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to support client appointments and events.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Professional presentation and polished verbal communication in client environments.

Experience

2–4 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, high jewellery, watchmaking, or high‑end client services with a measurable record of client acquisition and sales performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, communications, fashion or a related field preferred.
