Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards for client experience, visual presentation and product care.
  • Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through active clienteling, personalised service and pipeline development.
  • Recruit, coach and develop boutique team members; set performance objectives and deliver ongoing training aligned with brand protocols.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, pricing integrity and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Manage local marketing initiatives, VIP events and private client appointments to cultivate long‑term relationships and deepen client loyalty.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, analyse retail metrics and collaborate with regional management on budget, merchandising and assortment planning.
  • Ensure after‑sales service standards, repairs coordination and warranty processes meet maison quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or store (managing staff, operations and sales targets).
  • Demonstrated success in clienteling and cultivating high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with sales forecasting, KPI management and inventory control.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with an aptitude for talent development.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
