Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an impeccable, personalised client experience to high-net-worth and VIP customers, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and opportunity qualification.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery, timepieces and related collections; present and advise on product features, provenance and craftsmanship.
- Manage daily boutique operations including cash handling, POS transactions, client records and after-sales follow-up.
- Execute luxury visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays, windows and product presentation meet brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and stock movements, assist with receiving and reconciliation, and adhere to security and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coordinate private appointments, special orders and bespoke requests with internal teams and ateliers.
- Support boutique events and trunk shows, contributing to invitation lists, VIP outreach and on-site client hospitality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewelry or watches, serving affluent clientele.
- Proven sales performance with a documented ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation skills and discretion when working with private clients.
- Comfort with secure handling of high-value merchandise and adherence to compliance and loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in luxury retail sales, ideally within a fine jewellery or watch boutique, with demonstrable success selling to high-net-worth clients and experience managing private client appointments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, luxury brand management or a related field preferred.
