Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations to ensure the highest standards of presentation, client service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client relations, including supporting clienteling activities and follow-up communications.
  • Support visual merchandising and stock presentation, liaising with regional teams to implement seasonal displays and product rotations.
  • Oversee inventory control tasks: receive and reconcile deliveries, maintain accurate stock records and coordinate replenishment requests.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, private viewings and client hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
  • Produce routine operational reports and assist management with administrative duties, including basic sales reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably within jewellery, watches or high-end fashion.
  • Strong client-service orientation with discretion and professionalism when interacting with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced boutique.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the capacity to liaise effectively with regional HQ and cross‑functional teams.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail experience in luxury goods, jewellery or watches; experience coordinating boutique operations or supporting store management is strongly preferred.
