Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, high‑touch service to clientele, managing appointments and VIP interactions with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drive sales through expert product presentation, storytelling and tailored recommendations aligned with brand standards.
  • Maintain deep and current product knowledge across jewellery and watch collections; communicate features, provenance and care instructions clearly to clients.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships through post‑sale communication and clienteling activities.
  • Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising are impeccable; execute store resets and seasonal displays in line with global guidelines.
  • Control stock movement, perform inventory checks, receive and process deliveries, and maintain accurate records for loss prevention.
  • Support boutique events, trunk shows and private viewings; collaborate with the team and local management to meet commercial targets.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of client‑facing retail experience; prior luxury jewellery or watch experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales or clienteling with measurable results.
  • Polished personal presentation and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to represent the maison with discretion.
  • Right to work in Australia and willingness to undergo standard background or reference checks.

Experience
