Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, attentive front‑of‑house service to clients, including greeting, guiding appointments and assisting with private viewings.
- Support client advisors with clienteling activities: appointment scheduling, follow‑ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and transaction processes, ensuring strict compliance with cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation: merchandising, window and in‑store displays, housekeeping and adherence to visual standards.
- Manage stock operations including receiving, labelling, reconciling inventory and preparing pieces for display or shipment.
- Assist with after‑sales service and repairs coordination, liaising with internal workshops and external service providers as required.
- Contribute to local marketing and in‑store events, supporting VIP previews and product launches with impeccable service.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, security protocols and regulatory requirements for high‑value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Polished interpersonal manner with strong client‑service orientation and discretion handling high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Professional presentation and fluency in spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin or additional languages an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with reliability and punctuality.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and point‑of‑sale procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is desirable.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong and willingness to complete brand induction and product training.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery or premium hospitality environments; experience in client‑facing roles is essential.
Education
Secondary school diploma; vocational training in retail or hospitality advantageous.
