Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Austin boutique, including scheduling, correspondence, filing and archive maintenance.
  • Support sales teams with clienteling activities: maintain CRM records, prepare client dossiers, coordinate appointments and follow-ups.
  • Control and reconcile inventory records, process stock movements, manage returns and liaise with logistics and regional supply teams to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver routine operational reporting (sales, stock, cash reconciliations) to regional management and HQ.
  • Handle financial administration tasks such as invoicing, petty cash reconciliation and point-of-sale (POS) support, ensuring compliance with brand procedures.
  • Coordinate boutique events, VIP visits and in-store services in collaboration with store management and marketing teams.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand presentation, confidentiality and luxury retail standards in all administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meticulous organisation and discretion in a luxury retail or boutique environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished customer-facing manner.
  • Strong numeracy and experience with basic financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adapt to weekend or extended boutique hours.
  • High level of integrity and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience
