Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in delivering daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash management.
- Drive sales performance through active selling, clienteling and execution of CRM-driven follow-up to nurture high-value relationships.
- Coach, mentor and motivate boutique staff to achieve individual and team KPIs, conducting on-the-floor training and performance reviews.
- Ensure flawless boutique presentation and adherence to visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and stock control procedures.
- Manage scheduling, shift allocation and resource planning to optimise customer coverage and operational efficiency.
- Oversee after-sales service, repairs and bespoke client requests, liaising with internal workshops and external partners when required.
- Contribute to loss-prevention, compliance and security protocols, and prepare routine sales and operational reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewellery, watches or a premium fashion house.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Organisational aptitude with experience in staff rostering, inventory control and daily boutique administration.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and an aptitude for maintaining the maison’s standards of presentation and service.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail with at least some supervisory or deputy management exposure; experience in high jewellery or watches is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
