Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on Tissot products.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and Tissot's product range.
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
