Ecommerce Specialist
Tissot (Swatch Group) seeks an Ecommerce Specialist in Alcobendas, Spain to manage online product content, campaigns and analytics for the luxury watch brand.
Overview
Tissot is a Swiss watch brand within the Swatch Group, a leading global manufacturer of finished watches spanning multiple brands and price segments. The brand combines traditional watchmaking savoir‑faire with contemporary design and international retail and digital distribution, operating alongside the Swatch Groups portfolio of horological and component businesses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the brands online catalogue: product pages, imagery, descriptions, SKUs and pricing to ensure accuracy and on‑brand presentation.
- Plan, execute and optimize digital merchandising and promotional campaigns across the e‑commerce site and marketplace channels.
- Monitor site performance and user behaviour via analytics; define and track KPIs, generate actionable insights and implement conversion rate optimisation tests.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, visual merchandising, logistics and external agencies to align online assortments, launches and localised campaigns.
- Implement SEO best practices for product content and category structure to improve organic visibility and traffic quality.
- Oversee daily site maintenance tasks, troubleshoot content and commerce workflows, and ensure governance of product data and taxonomy.
- Prepare regular commercial and performance reports for local and regional stakeholders and propose prioritised enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven e‑commerce or digital merchandising experience in retail, luxury goods or consumer brands.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience using web analytics to drive commercial decisions and A/B testing initiatives.
- Expertise in online product content management and digital merchandising workflows.
- Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into prioritized actions that improve conversion and average order value.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication skills and experience coordinating with agencies and operational teams.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce, digital merchandising or online product management experience within retail, luxury or consumer goods, with demonstrable results in traffic growth and conversion optimisation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
