Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 3- to 5-year regional growth roadmap aligned with the global watch strategy, targeting market share expansion and profitable sales growth.
  • Analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with local country teams to implement annual plans, ensuring execution excellence tailored to market maturity and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the retail network, including market leads, Store Managers, Watch Experts, and Watch Ambassadors.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engagement during high-jewelry events, translating strategy into action.
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities across channels, driving both revenue and brand impact.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and PR teams to design and execute impactful local campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of product launches and activation initiatives that reinforce brand positioning and drive measurable results.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all watch-related initiatives in the country/region.
  • Define ambitious sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance rigorously, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Leverage insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Drive consistent excellence in after-sales service and client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Implement programs and initiatives that enhance long-term customer loyalty and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in business development and/or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in the watch and jewelry industry, with strong commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, capable of analyzing complex challenges and executing with agility.
  • Deep understanding of the local network and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
