Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of infrastructure technology, including network routers, switches, firewalls, retail servers, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Manage procurement, staging, implementation, and change processes for retail technology at new store sites, expansions, and relocations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure successful project execution and service delivery across the Americas.
  • Provide escalation support for open incident and problem tickets, coordinating with IT teams and vendors as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation repository with IT standards for implementation and usage across the Information Technology Department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project and/or IT support services, including project activities.
  • 2+ years of experience with network administration, particularly Cisco/Meraki.
  • Ability to build and maintain business partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Cisco/Meraki switching, routing, and wireless technologies. Experience with circuit installation, IP addressing, and mid-level cabling. Strong presentation skills. Familiarity with Windows 10, Office Suite, and virtualization technology. Experience with Active Directory and user/endpoint management.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in project management and IT support services, with a focus on network administration.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent certifications preferred.
