Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales, operations, and security teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Director.
  • Mentor team members and act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
  • Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver the Tiffany client experience.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance climate.
  • Continuously train and coach team members, providing qualitative feedback and recognition.
  • Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
  • Manage back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in various roles based on business needs.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with a focus on retail or luxury retail management.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
