Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and client development.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Support the Store Director in organizing and hosting client events.
- Ensure staff are trained in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Perform key-holder duties, including opening and closing the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven sales experience in retail or customer-focused industries.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Event organization experience is advantageous.
- Ability to inspire trust and professionalism.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
Skills
Experience
