Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to meet or exceed commercial targets.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Coach and guide team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences and achieve sales goals.
  • Cultivate client relationships to enhance sales and brand loyalty.
  • Optimize store operations for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management, with a focus on sales and client relationship management.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
