Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales, operations, and security team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
  • Oversee store operations in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Cultivate client relationships to meet or exceed sales and product category targets.
  • Drive client development activities to expand the client base.
  • Provide leadership on the sales floor, managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Provide continuous training and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury retail management, with a focus on customer relations.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
