Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Coach and guide team members to deliver extraordinary client experiences and ensure service excellence.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service, maintaining compliance with internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
