Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support sales, operations, and security team members to meet or exceed business objectives and enhance the in-store experience.
  • Supervise the store in the absence of the director, acting as a dynamic and inspiring leader.
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve or surpass commercial goals and product category objectives.
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed store business objectives.
  • Drive client development activities among team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Ensure an unparalleled customer service experience, acting as a mentor and coach.
  • Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
  • Manage back-of-house areas efficiently, ensuring consistency with established operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury store management or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to perform various roles as needed by the business.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in luxury store management or relevant client-related experience, with a strong background in sales generation and business results management.

Education

University degree preferred, degree in Gemology desired.
