Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly demand forecasting process, integrating weekly performance evaluations.
- Coordinate monthly best estimates with budget and commercial objectives.
- Conduct detailed sales planning at product category, family, and SKU levels.
- Collaborate with central supply chain for forecast validation.
- Review new product profiles and assess baseline cannibalization effects.
- Manage inventory flow in alignment with company strategy and business conditions.
- Work with central inventory planning to support local initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels using Tiffany replenishment systems, Anaplan, and Power BI Dashboard.
- Support inventory builds for store openings, renewals, and events.
- Identify product rebalancing opportunities within the distribution network.
- Collaborate with Merchandising on new product forecasts and launch strategies.
- Ensure timely product availability through coordination with central supply chain.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Inventory Planners, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within the luxury or retail industry.
- Proficiency in distribution operations and merchandise planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with multi-product, multi-sales channel environments.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience
A minimum of 10 years in supply chain management within the luxury or retail industry is required.
