Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Team in tracking subcontracting progress and supplier bids.
  • Assist in obtaining Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from selected suppliers and present them in an analytical format.
  • Contribute to the establishment and writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Strategic Sourcing Department.
  • Execute and assist in managing the Supplier Portfolio for all approved suppliers, ensuring adherence to sourcing metrics.

Qualifications

  • Completion of at least two years of an undergraduate degree or current enrollment in an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and gather information from diverse sources.

Skills

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to write concise summaries and effectively present information. Customer service orientation with the ability to interact with internal and external contacts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those who have managed projects and engaged in research activities.

Education

Minimum of two years of undergraduate study completed or current enrollment in an advanced degree program.
