Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and tracking maintenance activities for existing stores.
  • Log and follow up on maintenance requests, service jobs, and repairs.
  • Support vendor creation and onboarding for new store procurement.
  • Request, consolidate, and follow up on vendor quotations.
  • Assist with purchase order documentation and approval tracking.
  • Track procurement status, deliveries, and installation timelines.
  • Provide logistics support for store planning shipments.
  • Maintain trackers and reports for maintenance and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Skills

Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of procurement or operations processes. Proficient in Excel; comfortable with trackers and reports. Knowledge in AutoCAD (preferable). Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
