Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Cultivate a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
  • Build spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city.
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
  • Recruit and develop a successful team, fostering a best-in-class service and selling organization.
  • Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent client relationship management. Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Experience

A minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
